Together, we don't just work on symptoms—we address the underlying imprints that shaped your coping mechanisms and identity.





Being a lifelong student of personal development and change has equipped me with the experience and tools to help people achieve the success they desire. By communicating directly with the mind's innate learning centers I am able to help individuals gently and respectfully transform negative thoughts, emotions and painful memories into neutral and positive experiences. This sets the stage for us to then create new beliefs that bring you into total alignment with your desires.

What really makes MAP MethodTM unique from other coaching methods it that it doesn't require you to focus on past experiences. It is present and future oriented. You don't even need to know what is blocking you to benefit. 



What To Expect From a Coaching Session

  • We meet in person or on zoom.
  • After a brief discussion about what you want to create or release I talk you through a relaxation process.
  • Then I give instructions to your brain to identify and neutralize memories, emotions, beliefs, thoughts and inner dialogue.
  • You are fully awake and participating throughout the process. You get to simply relax while your mind does the process.
During each coaching session we are able to replace negative or disempowering beliefs and memories with positive, self-empowering ones. It is gentle, safe and does not require discussion or even conscious awareness of what is blocked to be effective.

What makes MAP different from other processes?
  • MAP doesn’t require the client to share or even know what is blocking them.
  • MAP is based on the neuroscience of learning. It teaches the mind to consolidate memories, then remove the negative emotions from them and replace them with positive feelings.
  • MAP is a complete process, taking the individual’s entire mind, physiology and even generational history into account.
  • The philosophy of MAP Method is future-oriented.
  • MAP can not only neutralize negative patterns, it can also create neural pathways towards a new future.
How does the brain learn to treat emotions?
  • MAP is based on the theory that all memories, beliefs and emotions are actually learned. Everything learned can also be unlearned.
  • There is a window of opportunity where we can open neural connections and rewrite long-term emotional memory. It’s called the Window of Consolidation.
Is MAP Method like EMDR, NLP or hypnotherapy?
  • In a MAP session you are not asked to follow instructions, visualize or remember anything to get results.
  • You are completely present and participating throughout each session.
  • MAP is very gentle without the need to recall or relive traumatic experiences.
  • Unlike cognitive behavioral therapy, there is no need to consciously participate or make active choices to benefit.
